60's Norelco Pc Set Camera

I’m satisfied with the camera for the sets design at this stage I can still see a few more things which would improve it, the idea when modelling was not to try and over complicate things try and keep it neat and tidy was the key after looking at the new set design. I was fortunate to come across a few images depicting the Norelco Pc camera which was used on television programme sets in the 1960s. The shapes and size where considered, textures and shaders have not yet been applied as help is needed with the colour scheme before it is done.

This was actually the first production model of the Norelco PC-70, the first made at a Mount Vernon, NY plant (the earlier PC-60 was produced overseas in the Netherlands at Eindhoven). The Norelco logo was a large metallic nameplate, for one thing; on the PC-60's the logo was small and printed alongside the Philips logo on a stainless steel "belt." Very early PC-70's had the same two huge cables as the PC-60, even when the PC-70's body had the round applied handles as seen in those photos replaced with square molded handles. After that the twin cables were replaced with one large one.
