Character design Artist Research

Before starting to draw a characters and everything else that comes with it, there’s always certain preparation that needs to be done, for example researching into previous Artists that have gone through the experiences and tasks that you are about to begin, is constantly useful to see there history which could in fact relates to some of your own dilemmas with in your artwork. They show you the importance of specific areas where things can be improved, also giving you ideas. Another key factor artist research allow you have is a look at there artwork and thoughts helping you to understand the meaning, allowing you to use this in your own work as inspiration or a bases where you could expand you ideas around.
