Final Major Animation Re-Edit

After finishing the first initial Major animation, a lot of the content needed some real touching up. On evaluation a re-visit in terms of the overall composition, things like were the assets had been placed/positioning of the Starship plus the Defender model has been considered whilst the environment shall now be built around these necessities of the scene.

The Plan for what needs doing exist below, followed by new ideas and additional detail to the scene.

Final Concepts

The final sketch and colour graphs speak for themselves, I have tried to capture an essence of the vision for my environment and keeps this satisfying/abstract. I feel that the environment works very well to the degree I had in mind, the objective of contrast fits seamlessly in relation to the starship and defender elements. 

The major challenges faced with in this stage of the development for the project was to make sure all the design elements work in conjunction with eachother and also obtain similar properties within the specific categories of my elements, from the environment leaf detail to the contrasting starship colour scheme and defenders design.
Modelling will be the next process of upload and will be on my blog shortly.

The different sections of the layout for my entire environmental scene is depicted here, from this you can see the exchange of one environment to the next also the cameras movement is indicated via the red arrows navigating through past the elements.

I’ve put together some textures on a basic level, the earlier oil made sheets are being used here. One of the main assets to bringing my environment to life will be noticeable in the way I produce and apply my texture with in my surroundings.
